When making a booking with us there is a minimum order value of £80 which needs to be met, if your chosen hire item is less then this you are welcome to add an additional garden game. If you would rather just pay the extra please contact us.

By making a booking you are agreeing to our cancellation and refund policy, you also agree to make any deposit payments required within 48 hours of making your booking. Failure to follow these policies will result in cancellation of your booking and a £20 admin charge.

Is your castle going inside? Please make sure you have checked the height of your venue. We can't leave the castle if it's touching the roof as this will cause damage.
