It might seem to be a small matter as to whether or not providers of a bouncy castle are a quality company or not. But actually you are anticipating something which is going to be a major contributor to the success of your event, particularly if children are involved. And so JV are a serious consideration. The prices are competitive, the service is excellent and the product is exactly what you expect. They were set up before time, provided details for support during the day and collected as arranged. The whole experience was excellent and, should I ever want a bouncy castle, I would have no qualms in engaging JV again.

Thank you for a wonderful service, first rate communication and magnificent bouncy castle. The roomful of small people (aged 2-6) loved it so much that they were barely off it for the full 90 minutes, which led to a very relaxing party for the adults! The castle itself was generously sized and a brilliant design with the interior activities, and the set up and pick up were perfectly on time and very efficient. We will both recommend you to our friends and hire from you again in the near future. Bella (aged 4) says "I loved it!" and Nate (aged 6) says "it was pretty cool!".

From the first email with John I was so impressed with how professional you guys were. Responses to my queries over email were extremely quick and the site visit was very helpful given the issues we had last year with our measurements! It certainly put our minds at ease knowing everything would fit! You were so accommodating to our needs and the range of products on offer was fantastic. We were so grateful this time that you changed the day for us at the last minute due to the awful weather. What can I say, what a fantastic service from beginning to end. Firstly, the JV Bouncy Castle website was very informative, not only did it show all available items for hire with very detailed descriptions including the price - this is what people look for and not having to ring a company to find out the important details. This was then followed by an on-line booking form which you can choose your date and you were advised straight away as to whether your dates were available. Such a smooth transaction, all communication was via email and you are able to print off all your documentation with ease and also had the opportunity to pay on the day if you preferred. Excellent communication with reminder emails nearer the date to ensure everything was still going to plan. Delivery of the castle and the other pieces I hired were delivered at the time specified and very friendly guys who delivered the equipment and erected it all in no time at all - very professional indeed and then returned at the time stated and albeit it was dark they dismantled everything with ease. Very polite and courteous. Would I recommend JV Bouncy Castles - oh yes, most definitely, I have never dealt with such a professional and organised company in my time. The whole service was flawless from start to finish. The boys arrived on the dot on Saturday morning, put the bouncy castle up in 20 minutes and told us exactly what not to do with it. My birthday party of 10 five year olds had a fantastic time with it, and your boys then arrived promptly at 6.30 to dismantle it and take it away. No mess, no muddle, just great service. Would recommend you to anyone and we will definitely be using you again.

I had the princess bouncy castle for my daughters birthday even though it arrived half an hour late they collected it half an hour later than what was booked.It was really quick to assemble and the kids loved it we would definitely recommend them.

Could not recommend this company enough! Excellent communication and speedy response throughout the booking process and exceptional service on the day. The inflatables and games were delivered and collected at the agreed times without any problem (including the fact that the chap had to hunt in the dark for the sacks and tin can alley which we had left abandoned in the field after a fun filled day!) This is the second year running that we have used JV Bouncy Castles for a children's birthday party and, for the second year running, they have been absolutely brilliant. Very proficient and incredibly professional, they have turned up bang on time on both occasions and have been very keen to position the bouncy castle in the direction and position that suited best. I was particularly grateful last year as they were able to help us out at relatively short notice, when all I got was answer phones with other companies. Based on that positive experience, I didn't think twice about using them again this year. This time, they were fantastic again. Bad weather was forecast and I was concerned at the last minute that the bouncy castle would be too high to set up inside. Rather than ignore my concerns, they went the extra mile and rang me at 8pm the night before (a Saturday night) to let me know they would bring a spare, lower, castle on the van, just in case. We didn't need it in the end but I was extremely grateful for the reassurance, as I knew we wouldn't have a room full of disappointed children the next day! Thank you JV Bouncy Castles.
